My approach to teaching is ESA. First, I engage with the students by asking relational questions that encourage trust. Next, proceeding with the study part with customized lessons fit for their needs. Last, the student will APPLY what he/she learned by finishing some task related to everyday situations advocating independence of learning.

I help my students by incorporating the conventions of grammar at the start of the lesson. Also, at the start of the lesson, it is an essential part of unlocking of vocabulary words and punctuation tips. These introductory parts of the lesson will be repeated and applied in a more complex task at the end of the lesson.

Q: What is your approach to teaching reading, and how do you help students improve their reading comprehension skills?

I help my students with reading and comprehension by setting reading goals, teaching vocabulary, using reading strategies like summarizing and questioning, engaging them with interesting texts, and incorporating visual aids to determine the key details of the story.

I help my students with literary analysis and critical thinking by focusing on identifying key elements within a text, asking probing questions about the author's intent and themes, encouraging diverse interpretations, and providing evidence from the text to support their arguments.

I help my students improve their pronunciation and enunciation by using phonetic drills, practicing minimal pair exercises, incorporating tongue twisters, focusing on specific sounds that might be challenging, and emphasizing stress and intonation.

I help my students improve their public speaking and presentation skills by encouraging regular practice, focusing on understanding their audience, providing constructive feedback, promoting positive body language, and maintaining eye contact.
